After checking out Cal Poly’s renovated stadium, thanks to the philanthropy of Alex Spanos, I could only think of the need for hitting him up one more time for some money. I have in mind a new press box and hospitality suites for Hornet Stadium at Fred Anderson Field at the Alex Spanos Sports Complex at Sac State. Never mind that the rubes below playing European footsie defame the cathedral, albeit a small one, by not using it for its ordained, one, and true civic religion; slobber knockin’ football.
