This weekend’s game with Portland State will pose the biggest challenge to the Hornet defense yet this season.
Portland State in its first game against Western Oregon threw the ball 61x for 457 yards and rushed for only 42.
Against “that school across the causeway,” the Vikings threw 51x for 337 yards and rushed for 19 yards.
